All Rates are per person. Children 4-12 1/2 price, 3 and under free. All 2 Night Weekend packages begin with Breakfast on Saturday and end with a 9:30 am Brunch on Sunday. No Lunches will be served on Sunday. All 2 Night Weekday (Monday - Friday) packages includes 5 Meals.
Lodging with meals is provided as a package. Meals may not be separated from lodging. Rates are per person. One meeting room is included with your rate. PLEASE READ OUR .
Family rates for children: under 12 and accompanied by a parent are half price. Under three free.
- West Wing rooms are hotel style, 24 have two double beds, each with private bath. Three are fully-wheelchair accessible and have one double bed and private bath. 27 rooms total. Maid service daily.
- Hillside has eight bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a sink. Two full baths, one per floor. Maid service.
- North Wing has two rooms each with a private bath and two twin beds. Maid service.
- South Wing contains: eight twin-bedded rooms (occupancy 16); one room with three sets of bunk beds (occupancy six). These nine rooms share rest rooms and showers in hallway. One additional room (#29) has two single beds with a private bath. Total South wing occupancy is 24.
- Retreat Centers are bunk style with common room and fireplace. Four beds per room. 32 beds per Retreat; Three Retreat Centers.
- Cabins are bunk style with common room; Five beds per room. 20 beds per Cabin; Four Cabins.
- WHC&RC reserves the right to charge for meeting rooms based on group size and type.
