Day Team building

Watson Homestead is the perfect location for day team building events. The Edsall Climbing Tower, ropes courses, miniature golf, swimming, hiking trails, day orienteering are just a few of the group and day team building exercises we can host for your business, workplace or group. Lectures, Seminars, Training and Meetings

Watson Homestead has meeting spaces for lectures, seminars, training or meetings available throughout the year. Table and chair arrangements can accommodate your needs in many configurations. The Jeanette Kittredge Watson Chapel

Let the “Homestead” be a part of your memories. Our Chapel is available many weekends throughout the year, however advance reservations are required.

Seats 200 persons and has an overflow area that can accommodate 70. A 7-foot hand-hewn wooden cross is suspended from a stone column at the back of the Alter. The chapel contains a public address system, grand piano and organ.

Wedding Celebrations

Reservations for weddings during the months of March through November are required 15 months in advance.

Reservation for weddings during the months of December, January and February are required 6 months in advance.

Friday evening candlelight ceremonies can be scheduled 3 months in advance.

Consider our dining room and catering staff for your reception in our dining room, and guests staying in our West Wing Hotel rooms.

Baptisms

Reservations for baptism are required.

The chapel is available for baptism, and our full sized indoor swimming pool is available for group or immersion baptisms.

The loss of a loved one is a time for families and friends together to share memories and honor the life of the deceased.
