Conference and Retreat Center, Inc.

•  To be known as an excellent conference and retreat center where people of all faiths and denominations find seamless opportunities for spiritual, emotional, physical, and educational growth to prepare them to serve others.

Our Values

• Operating under Christian principles, we strive to serve individuals and groups of all faiths.

• We hold a reverence for individual spiritual exploration of the grace of God.

• We support the work of clergy and will provide a place of relaxation, renewal, and leadership development for pastors of all faiths.

• We hold a reverence for the land and its resources as gifts from the Creator and will strive to be effective and wise stewards.

• We view leadership, creativity, innovation, participation, and courage, as necessary components of excellence in service.

Our Mission

• Watson Homestead Conference and Retreat Center, Inc provides lodging, facilities, and programs to religious, community, social service, and non-profit organizations, and individuals for personal, spiritual, and educational enrichment through a mission of Christian hospitality for all people.

Our Philosophy

• We are committed to a constant and relentless pursuit of finding ways to improve our level of service to people.

• We are committed to our own spiritual, physical, and educational development.

• We will strive to model leadership, stewardship, and the grace of God.
