All reasonable precautions have been taken to assure that all our programs offered are as safe as possible; however, the Climbing and Rappelling Tower is not without risk. As in any strenuous activity the Climbing and Rappelling Tower has inherent risks and may result in serious injury or death.

You should only participate, or consent for participation after you have read the description of the Climbing and Rappelling Tower in our brochures. Please note, Climbing and Rappelling is not a required activity. If you have any question, you should contact Watson Homestead before participating or giving consent.

I realize that Climbing and/or Rappelling have inherent risks. I knowingly accept and assume this risk and agree to release Watson Homestead and staff from any and all claims, damages, injuries and expenses arising out of, or resulting from my participation in Climbing and/or Rappelling. I further agree to release, acquit and covenant not to sue Watson Homestead for any and all actions, causes of action, claims or damages, damages in law or remedies in equity of whatever kind, including the negligence of said organization. I understand said organizations include their agents employees. All primary Insurance is the responsibility of my group.
